Human Resources Business Partner

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, expectations, and hiring timelines.
  • Drive sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and positive employee experiences.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, documentation, and HR policies.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, events, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Leverage experience with R&D centers and Teknopark environments to enhance HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within R&D or Teknopark settings.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, records management, and HR compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with employee relations, engagement strategies, and internal communication tools.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
