We are building a brand and you will be the pioneers of what is to come.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS system, ensuring timely delivery</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards</li><li>Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure seamless service flow</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through TOAST POS system</li><li>Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing customer overflow</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and dietary options</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in fast paced breakfast/lunch is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such TOAST for order processing</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales while providing excellent guest experiences</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple tables</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management</li></ul>Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
