<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS system, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure seamless service flow
• Handle cash transactions accurately through TOAST POS system
• Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing customer overflow
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and dietary options

<Experience>

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in fast paced breakfast/lunch is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such TOAST for order processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales while providing excellent guest experiences
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple tables
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
