Required Assistant Manager HR - Only immediate joiners will be preferred.Job post summaryPay: Rs75,000.00 per monthJob description:Job Purpose:To manage and support all core HR functions including payroll, employee lifecycle management, performance management, compliance, and HR systems administration. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal departments, external vendors, and business heads to ensure smooth, compliant, and people-centric HR service delivery.Key Responsibilities:1. Organizational Development<ul><li>Identify and maintain a list of critical positions and key personnel.</li><li>Identify potential successors and backups for key roles.</li><li>Draft, update, and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs).</li><li>Regularly update Organizational Charts.</li></ul>HR Operations<ul><li>Sign and verify HR documents: offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.</li><li>Maintain updated employee databases; reconcile data across ERP &amp; Decibel.</li><li>Graphically represent HR data.</li><li>Support in policy revision as per market benchmarking and organizational needs.</li></ul>Leave &amp; Attendance Management<ul><li>Monitor and manage all leave categories (Annual, Sick, etc.).</li><li>Adjust manual entries in Decibel (exceptions only).</li><li>Generate MIS reports, analyze trends, and ensure data integrity.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Letters<ul><li>Draft various official HR letters, including:</li><li>Bank account opening</li><li>Visa letters</li><li>&quot;To Whom It May Concern&quot;</li><li>Payslip verifications</li><li>Warning and experience letters</li></ul>General Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as a backup for all HR functions as required.</li><li>Undertake additional assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or specialist roles.</li><li>Experience with HR portals (HRSG, Decibel) and ERP systems is preferred.</li></ul>To apply, please submit your resume to careers@airwavesmedia.tv, please mention job title in subject.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
