Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented News Ticker Operator to join our Digital Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating, formatting, and monitoring on-air ticker content to ensure timely and accurate delivery of breaking news, headlines, and real-time updates.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and manage on-air news ticker systems during live broadcasts.</li><li>Update headlines, time, weather, and breaking news information in real-time.</li><li>Coordinate with news producers, reporters, and editorial staff for ticker content.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, correct grammar, and adherence to editorial guidelines.</li><li>Monitor ticker display for technical or content errors and make corrections instantly.</li><li>Maintain archives of ticker content and assist in newsroom operations when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field).</li><li>Prior experience in a news channel or broadcast environment preferred.</li><li>Strong command of written English and Urdu.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and during live transmissions.</li><li>Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their updated resumes to careers@airwavesmedia.tv with the subject line &ldquo;Application for &quot;News Ticker Operator&rdquo;.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
