Assistant Manager HR (Immediate Joiner Required)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR (Immediate Joiner) to support and manage core HR functions, including payroll, policy development, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Excel and HR systems, along with excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll using HR/payroll software
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all HR records
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and compliance
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software/ERP systems
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in policy drafting and HR compliance
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills
