Join us to craft impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audiences and deliver measurable results!Duties<ul><li>Design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as social media, email, print, and digital advertising to boost brand visibility.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to engage audiences and grow followers.</li><li>Optimize website content using SEO best practices and maintain WordPress sites to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.</li><li>Develop engaging content marketing materials including blog posts, newsletters, product descriptions, and promotional copy aligned with brand voice.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates through targeted messaging.</li><li>Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives and support product management efforts for new offerings.</li><li>Manage budgets for advertising campaigns including Google AdWords and print advertising to maximize ROI.</li><li>Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings and implementing performance marketing strategies aimed at increasing online sales.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online advertising techniques to drive sales growth.</li><li>Excellent research skills coupled with analytical thinking to interpret data insights effectively.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines within budget constraints.</li><li>Experience in print advertising and traditional marketing channels is a plus but not required.
