Our mission is to foster a welcoming environment that promotes growth, wellness, and connection.Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Seasonal Groundskeeper/Lawn Care specialist to maintain the beauty and health of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and lawn care, with a focus on ensuring our grounds remain pristine and inviting throughout the season. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful environment while working with a passionate team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Assist with planting, fertilizing, and mulching to promote healthy growth of lawns, shrubs, and flower beds.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify and address issues related to pests, disease, or damage.</li><li>Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.</li><li>Support general gardening activities such as soil preparation, planting new greenery, and seasonal clean-up efforts.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure all grounds are maintained according to organizational standards.</li><li>Mowing, Weed Eating, Pulling Weeds, Landscaping</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and landscaping practices.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and lawn equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license is advantageous but not mandatory.
