Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Seasonal Groundskeeper/Lawn Care specialist to maintain the beauty and health of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and lawn care, with a focus on ensuring our grounds remain pristine and inviting throughout the season. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful environment while working with a passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power tools.
• Assist with planting, fertilizing, and mulching to promote healthy growth of lawns, shrubs, and flower beds.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify and address issues related to pests, disease, or damage.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Support general gardening activities such as soil preparation, planting new greenery, and seasonal clean-up efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all grounds are maintained according to organizational standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and landscaping practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and lawn equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
