This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a thriving organization committed to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Handle multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools</li><li>Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information</li><li>Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or executives</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking</li><li>Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude</li><li>Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, data entry, and document management</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs and improve communication within the team</li><li>Experience in office management or administrative roles such as medical or dental receptionist is preferred</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and active listening skills</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high accuracy in typing and data entry tasks</li><li>Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management enhances your fit for this role</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your proactive approach and organizational expertise will make a meaningful impact!
