The ideal candidate will have excellent public speaking skills, the ability to engage audiences, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves conducting auctions, interacting with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a professional and exciting auction experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct live auctions in a professional, engaging, and energetic manner.</li><li>Announce and present auction items clearly and confidently to participants.</li><li>Interact with customers, answer inquiries, and provide information regarding auction procedures.</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and bidders.</li><li>Assist in registering bidders and verifying customer information.</li><li>Promote auction participation and encourage competitive bidding.</li><li>Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth auction proceedings.</li><li>Prepare auction-related reports and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and auction regulations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Egyptian nationality preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, event hosting, or auctioneering is an advantage.</li><li>Strong public speaking and presentation skills.</li><li>Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>Ability to engage and influence audiences effectively.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in basic computer applications.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience as an auctioneer, presenter, host, MC, or sales professional.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.</li><li>Excellent crowd engagement skills.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Visa and employment benefits as per company policy.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the organization.</li></ul>If you are a dynamic public speaker who enjoys interacting with people and creating excitement, we would love to hear from you.Work Location: In person
