Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive / Auctioneer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent public speaking skills, the ability to engage audiences, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves conducting auctions, interacting with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a professional and exciting auction experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live auctions in a professional, engaging, and energetic manner.
• Announce and present auction items clearly and confidently to participants.
• Interact with customers, answer inquiries, and provide information regarding auction procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and bidders.
• Assist in registering bidders and verifying customer information.
• Promote auction participation and encourage competitive bidding.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth auction proceedings.
• Prepare auction-related reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and auction regulations.

Requirements

• Egyptian nationality preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, event hosting, or auctioneering is an advantage.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to engage and influence audiences effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as an auctioneer, presenter, host, MC, or sales professional.
