Whether managing a team or handling customer inquiries directly, your proactive approach will help us achieve our mission of providing outstanding support and solutions to our valued clients.Duties<ul><li>Utilize medical terminology accurately when assisting healthcare-related inquiries or processing medical data.</li><li>Maintain detailed records through data entry, updating customer profiles, and logging interactions efficiently.</li><li>Apply excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle diverse customer needs with patience and clarity.</li><li>Analyze call patterns and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized at all times.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to serve diverse client populations effectively.</li><li>Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical office procedures is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, data entry tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.</li><li>Experience in customer service roles within a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices to create positive customer interactions.</li><li>Strong analysis skills for evaluating call data, identifying trends, and implementing solutions to enhance service quality.
