Duties
- Utilize medical terminology accurately when assisting healthcare-related inquiries or processing medical data.
- Maintain detailed records through data entry, updating customer profiles, and logging interactions efficiently.
- Apply excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle diverse customer needs with patience and clarity.
- Analyze call patterns and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized at all times.
Skills
- Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical office procedures is highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, data entry tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Experience in customer service roles within a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices to create positive customer interactions.
- Strong analysis skills for evaluating call data, identifying trends, and implementing solutions to enhance service quality. Pay: $24.02 - $35.00 per hour
