Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)About the RoleMarket Cube is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager &ndash; Performance Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution across our growing portfolio of products. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing paid campaigns, analysing performance data, and driving measurable business growth.You will take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, optimise customer acquisition, and help shape our marketing strategy across multiple brands.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn.</li><li>Continuously test creatives, audiences and campaign strategies to improve performance and scale successful campaigns.</li><li>Own and report on key performance metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost per Lead (CPL).</li><li>Manage and allocate marketing budgets across multiple products based on performance and business priorities.</li><li>Drive demand generation through content marketing, SEO, email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages and marketing content.</li><li>Implement and maintain accurate tracking, attribution, conversion events, UTMs and analytics.</li><li>Adapt marketing priorities across different products as business needs evolve.</li><li>Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.</li></ul>Essential Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 4 years' experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years of hands-on paid advertising management.</li><li>Proven experience managing advertising accounts and budgets directly (not solely through agencies).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, pixels and event implementation.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Experience planning, executing and analysing A/B tests to improve campaign performance.</li><li>Confident creating reports and presenting marketing insights and recommendations.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English.</li><li>Experience marketing multiple products or brands simultaneously.</li></ul>Desirable Skills<ul><li>B2B SaaS or software marketing experience.</li><li>LinkedIn Ads campaign management.</li><li>SEO and content marketing.</li><li>Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.</li><li>E-commerce or marketplace marketing experience.</li><li>Basic design skills using Canva or Figma.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing business.</li><li>Ownership of marketing strategy across multiple products.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment.</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>Your CV.</li><li>One example of a marketing campaign you personally managed, including:</li><li>The campaign objective.</li><li>The budget you managed.</li><li>The marketing channels used.</li><li>The results achieved.</li></ul>Please send your application to Ali.haider@marketcube.io.Applications submitted without a campaign example will not be considered.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>META, TikTok, Pinterest: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi

Full Stack Developer (Node.js / React / GraphQL)Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site)About the Role:Market Cube is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in Karachi.
