 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are an apparel manufacturing company based in Vietnam with a design and sales office in Turkey. We work with leading international&nbsp;
 
 premium and contemporary fashion brands
 
 &nbsp;(examples: Sezane, Theory, Everlane, Studio Nicholson, Filippa K, etc.), focusing on high-quality woven and knit garments.
 
 
 We are now looking for a&nbsp;
 
 mid-level sales professional
 
 &nbsp;based in Turkey who will help us develop new accounts and manage existing premium brand relationships. Job can be in office or remote
 
 
 The ideal candidate must already have&nbsp;
 
 a solid personal network within international premium fashion brands
 
 &nbsp;and the ability to open doors and maintain long-term business relationships.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify, contact, and develop relationships with&nbsp;
 
 international premium fashion brands
 
 &nbsp;and buying offices (Europe, UK, North America, Korea, Japan).
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage your&nbsp;
 
 existing network within premium fashion brands
 
 &nbsp;to generate new leads and build strategic partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to order confirmation, coordinating with our&nbsp;
 
 Vietnam factory and sample room
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and represent the company at&nbsp;
 
 international trade fairs
 
 &nbsp;(e.g. Premi&egrave;re Vision, Who&rsquo;s Next, Pitti, etc.) and brand meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain active follow-up and reporting on leads, price offers, sampling, and production status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the product development and merchandising teams to ensure smooth communication between buyers and factory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the&nbsp;
 
 Sales Manager
 
 &nbsp;and General Manager in building a solid network of premium accounts.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Experience &amp; Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum&nbsp;
 
 3&ndash;6 years of experience
 
 &nbsp;in textile or apparel sales, ideally with international clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Must have a solid, active network of contacts within premium and contemporary fashion brands.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of&nbsp;
 
 premium / contemporary fashion segment
 
 &nbsp;&mdash; not mass-market or sportswear.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent&nbsp;
 
 English communication skills
 
 &nbsp;(spoken &amp; written); French is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in managing customer communication, sampling follow-up, and quoting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with frequent online meetings and international coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in&nbsp;
 
 Istanbul
 
 &nbsp;or REMOTE
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to Have
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Existing relationships with European brands such as Sezane, Everlane, Arket, or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with factories or production offices in Asia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of sustainable and traceable manufacturing practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Reporting Line
 
 
 Reports directly to&nbsp;
 
 Sales Manager (France)
 
 &nbsp;and&nbsp;
