About the Role
  
  We are an apparel manufacturing company based in Vietnam with a design and sales office in Turkey. We work with leading international 
  
   premium and contemporary fashion brands
  
   (examples: Sezane, Theory, Everlane, Studio Nicholson, Filippa K, etc.), focusing on high-quality woven and knit garments.
 
  We are now looking for a 
  
   mid-level sales professional
  
   based in Turkey who will help us develop new accounts and manage existing premium brand relationships. Job can be in office or remote
 
  The ideal candidate must already have 
  
   a solid personal network within international premium fashion brands
  
   and the ability to open doors and maintain long-term business relationships.
 
  Key Responsibilities
 - 
   Identify, contact, and develop relationships with 
   
    international premium fashion brands
   
    and buying offices (Europe, UK, North America, Korea, Japan).
  
 - 
   Leverage your 
   
    existing network within premium fashion brands
   
    to generate new leads and build strategic partnerships.
  
 - 
   Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to order confirmation, coordinating with our 
   
    Vietnam factory and sample room
   
   .
  
 - 
   Attend and represent the company at 
   
    international trade fairs
   
    (e.g. Première Vision, Who’s Next, Pitti, etc.) and brand meetings.
  
 - 
   Maintain active follow-up and reporting on leads, price offers, sampling, and production status.
  
 - 
   Work closely with the product development and merchandising teams to ensure smooth communication between buyers and factory.
  
 - 
   Support the 
   
    Sales Manager
   
    and General Manager in building a solid network of premium accounts.
  
 
  Required Experience & Skills
 - 
   Minimum 
   
    3–6 years of experience
   
    in textile or apparel sales, ideally with international clients.
  
 - 
    Must have a solid, active network of contacts within premium and contemporary fashion brands.
   
 - 
   Strong understanding of 
   
    premium / contemporary fashion segment
   
    — not mass-market or sportswear.
  
 - 
   Excellent 
   
    English communication skills
   
    (spoken & written); French is a plus.
  
 - 
   Proven experience in managing customer communication, sampling follow-up, and quoting.
  
 - 
   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
  
 - 
   Comfortable with frequent online meetings and international coordination.
  
 - 
   Based in 
   
    Istanbul
   
    or REMOTE
  
 
  Nice to Have
 - 
   Existing relationships with European brands such as Sezane, Everlane, Arket, or similar.
  
 - 
   Experience working with factories or production offices in Asia.
  
 - 
   Understanding of sustainable and traceable manufacturing practices.

   Sales Manager (France)
