<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Overview</b></h2>
<p>
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a high level of client engagement from start to finish, taking a lead role in defining a successful relationship with clients that will exceed their expectations. This role will work with the replenishment, analytical, &amp; subject matter experts to deliver recommendations to the client to help increase sales, distribution, market penetration and profitability. You will excel in this role if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional client service through strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.</p>

<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<div><ul><li>Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned Client Partners within Ulta beauty, providing insights, analysis, ensuring accurate item setup, timely execution and strong business results.
</li><li>Provide Strategic Level Guidance for all UB Marketplace brands and ongoing quarterly touch bases to achieve goals set</li><li>
Strong Analytical skills and with experience in utilizing Ulta beauty data with the ability to disseminate impactful stories and recommendations to our clients that tie to strategy</li><li>
Strong focus on quality assurance and accuracy of data and information that is provided to the client and highlights concerns and trends to Client Partners</li><li>
Provide critical thinking and proactively identifies sales trends and opportunities for our client Partners</li><li>
Builds Strong relationships with both the retailer and client, becoming an extension of our client&rsquo;s team</li><li>
Manage relationships and communication with retailers, clients and cross functional teams</li><li>
Work with the team to identify barriers or obstacles to success and work to overcome them proactively</li><li>
Manages collaborative forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking for new items, marketing activities and ongoing business</li><li>
Demonstrate restless curiosity to identify new business and/or clients</li><li>
Attends all retailer meetings with Ulta Buyers, sets the agenda and helps to create the presentation to show a polished executive level presence</li><li>
Provides high level meeting recaps that outline action plans and next steps, proactively works to keep clients on Ulta's planning schedule</li><li>
Serve as a contributor in projects outside of existing clients</li></ul>

<ul><li>
4 Year Degree</li><li>
10+ years of selling or buying experience with Ulta Beauty with a strong knowledge of the beauty landscape
</li><li>Proficient in data and storytelling (Excel skills a must!)</li><li>
Strong Communication Skills</li><li>
Beauty enthusiast is a plus; strong knowledge of the beauty industry is required.</li><li>
Effective and Efficient Project Management Skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, &amp; keep projects moving forward</li><li>
Ability to listen, understand and resolve competing priorities</li></ul>
