ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Contractor to support our People Operations team during a leave of absence. This role will focus on executing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes across multiple business units in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This position requires someone who can quickly ramp up, manage competing priorities, and operate independently with minimal direction.

LOCATION: Remote (U.S.- based)

DURATION: 3-Month Contract

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units (intake through offer)
  • Post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews
  • Screen candidates and facilitate interview processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and priorities
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with offer creation, approvals, and onboarding coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding steps including IT setup, I-9 verification, and background checks
  • Maintain accurate data in UKG Ready (ATS/HRIS)
  • Track employee referrals and support accurate headcount tracking
  • Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams
  • Manage multiple open roles and onboarding workflows simultaneously

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance (I-9, background checks)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp up and operate with minimal guidance
  • Experience with UKG Ready (Recruiting module) required

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring
  • Experience working across multiple business units
  • Exposure to People Operations or HR processes
