This Role Will Drive the Search By:-&middot; You will be responsible for developing new hiring strategy, policy and protocols for Thriam Group.&middot; Build effective sourcing, attraction and assessment, with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of opportunity&middot; Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to &ldquo;profile candidates understanding their motivation&quot; rather than sell a role.&middot; Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts assessment of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.&middot; Recommend ideas and strategies related to the recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Thriam&rsquo; s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.&middot; Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and company &ldquo;Leadership Principles&rdquo;. Possess a strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.&middot; Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging of internal sources of talent&middot; Participate in on-site interviews and debriefs. Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership&middot; Managing the LinkedIn profile of the company -HR and networking with right talents to fill the positions.&middot; Participate in online presence creation influencing your flexible engagement style to be vital part of the growth &amp; success of the company.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
