Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for all levels
• HR operations: onboarding, attendance, leave & records
• Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, Factory Act)
• Payroll coordination & HR documentation
• Employee grievance handling & engagement activities
• Performance appraisal & HR policy implementation

Skills Required:

• Recruitment & manpower planning
• Labor law compliance
• Communication & people management
• MS Excel / HRMS knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.06 - ₹25,000.96 per month
