Job Overview
The HR Operations & Admin Executive will support day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, and office administration. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are organized, proactive, and eager to grow in HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records and update HRMS/attendance systems
  • Assist with leave management and monthly payroll inputs
  • Prepare HR letters and maintain HR files
  • Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and coordination
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Handle front office duties, calls, and visitor coordination
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
  • Support travel booking, asset tracking, and office logistics
  • Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations and facility management
  • Assist in maintaining compliance records and HR reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for audits, documentation, and policy support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and administrative support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
