We are seeking a creative, marketing-oriented professional to join our team as Account Manager. The ideal candidate will excel in modern marketing techniques, bring innovative and out-of-the-box ideas, and lead campaigns that deliver measurable results and strong creative impact.This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a solid understanding of marketing trends, audience behavior, and digital communication tools.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily client communication, understand objectives, and ensure timely, effective delivery.</li><li>Develop and execute creative, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client and company goals.</li><li>Generate new concepts and innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand presence.</li><li>Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms.</li><li>Create and curate engaging, original content &mdash; text, visuals, and videos &mdash; that demonstrates strong creativity and marketing insight.</li><li>Collaborate with design, content, and production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output.</li><li>Conduct market and trend research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign success and recommend improvements.</li><li>Present ideas, reports, and results professionally to clients and management.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure prompt responses to client and audience inquiries on all digital platforms.</li><li>Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li><li>Proven experience in marketing, account management, or social media management (preferably in an agency).</li><li>Strong knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and creative content strategies.</li><li>Highly creative thinker with a results-driven approach.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.</li><li>Experience in the Egypt market and familiarity with local consumer trends is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>What are your salary expectations?</li><li>Our office is located at 14 Makram Ebeid Street. Opportunity Sourcing &amp; Market Development<ul><li>Identify and source new hospitality opportunities (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality-led real estate).</li><li>Proactively approach property owners, landlords, developers, and investors to explore management, lease, franchise, or partnership opportunities.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects aligned with the company&rsquo;s growth strategy.</li><li>Conduct ongoing market scanning to identify underutilized or convertible assets suitable for hospitality use.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Strategy Alignment<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deal status.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and market insights.</li><li>Provide strategic input on expansion opportunities and new market entry.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Number of qualified hospitality opportunities sourced</li><li>Size and value of development pipeline</li><li>Strength and depth of property owner network</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>5+ years of experience in business development, hospitality development, or real estate</li><li>Strong understanding of hotel business models (management, lease, franchise)</li><li>Experience in the hospitality or real estate sector is essential</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to assess hospitality potential at a high level</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Market analysis and opportunity evaluation</li></ul>Preferred Profile<ul><li>Strong network within the real estate and hospitality sectors</li><li>Experience in hotel management companies, developers, or investment firms</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>What are your salary expectations?</li><li>Our office is located at 14 Makram Ebeid Street.
