As we grow, we are investing in digital strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.About the RoleMarketplace Insurance Exchange is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media &amp; Content Specialist to manage our social media presence and bring our brand to life online.This is a content-first role focused on creating engaging videos, capturing office culture, and keeping our social media vibrant and consistent. You will also provide basic tech support for the office and help coordinate with our remote IT team.If you love being creative, hands-on, and wearing multiple hats, this role is for you.What You&rsquo;ll DoSocial Media &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn</li><li>Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and occasional long-form content</li><li>Capture real office moments, team culture, and insurance-related content in an engaging way</li><li>Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to fit our brand</li><li>Record and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar</li><li>Help team members feel comfortable on camera and guide them during content shoots</li><li>Maintain a consistent posting schedule and organized content calendar</li><li>Monitor basic performance metrics (views, engagement) and adjust content accordingly</li></ul>Brand Support<ul><li>Own and reinforce our brand identity across all digital touchpoints</li><li>Contribute ideas to strengthen brand messaging, visuals, and tone online</li><li>Ensure that all content reflects company values and resonates with our audience</li></ul>Basic Tech Support<ul><li>Provide first-level troubleshooting for computers, printers, and basic software issues</li><li>Assist with setting up laptops, workstations, and office devices</li><li>Help with Wi-Fi connectivity and peripheral setup</li><li>Coordinate and communicate issues with the remote IT team</li><li>Maintain a simple inventory of office tech equipment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing social media accounts for a business or personal brand</li><li>Strong video recording and editing skills</li><li>Comfortable being on camera and directing others</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Basic technical skills (device setup, troubleshooting, etc.)</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>A great eye for creative and storytelling</li><li>Visual design skills</li><li>Experience with AI content tools (CapCut AI, Canva, ChatGPT), content creation for service businesses, or fast-paced work environments.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone who takes initiative and executes ideas, not just suggests them</li><li>A team player who is both creative and dependable</li><li>Someone adaptable who is comfortable switching between creative work and light technical support</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Full-time, stable position with a growing multi-state insurance agency</li><li>Opportunity to build and fully own our marketing presence</li><li>Marketing budget and tools to execute campaigns</li><li>Supportive, collaborative, multicultural team</li><li>Occasional travel (10%) for events, conferences, or content opport</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This position is not a work from home position, will be an issue with you being in the office 5 days a week?</li><li>Can you provide link's for content that you helped grow? </li><li>The salary listed is NON-Negotiable, will this be an issue? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
