This role combines design expertise with sales skills to provide outstanding customer experience, from initial consultation to final installation.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Builder/Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.</li><li>Design Development: Create innovative cabinet designs using 2020 and CAD software or design tools, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.</li><li>Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and products to provide informed recommendations.</li><li>Project Management: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and installation of cabinets.</li><li>Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with client's post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Proven experience in cabinet design and sales, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry (required)</li><li>Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020, AutoCAD) (required)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and preferences.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and bonus opportunities.</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits and Retirement Plan.</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Required for initial training in Fort Myers, FL</li><li>Minimal travel required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fort Myers, FL 33966 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Fort Myers, FL 33966: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
