Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Custom Closet Design and Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines design expertise with sales skills to provide outstanding customer experience, from initial consultation to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builder/Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Design Development: Create innovative cabinet designs using 2020 and CAD software or design tools, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and products to provide informed recommendations.
• Project Management: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and installation of cabinets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with client's post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in cabinet design and sales, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry (required)
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020, AutoCAD) (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and preferences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
