This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies that include social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and print advertising to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Manage and optimize digital campaigns using tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to boost performance and ROI.</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform campaign planning and content creation.</li><li>Create compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising materials.</li><li>Oversee website content management using WordPress and implement HTML adjustments when necessary to enhance user experience.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.</li><li>Assist in budgeting processes for campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing marketing materials.</li><li>Support sales initiatives by developing promotional content that drives advertising sales and customer engagement.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.</li><li>Manage email marketing campaigns from creation through deployment, tracking engagement metrics for continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while tailoring messaging for B2B (business-to-business) audiences where applicable.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content development.</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress CMS platform and basic HTML coding skills.</li><li>Excellent research skills coupled with the ability to analyze data for actionable insights.</li><li>Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and clarity.</li><li>Experience in performance marketing campaigns aimed at increasing conversions and engagement.</li><li>Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and print advertising methods is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong teamwork ethic combined with proactive communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
