Duties

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns using tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to boost performance and ROI.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform campaign planning and content creation.
  • Create compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
  • Oversee website content management using WordPress and implement HTML adjustments when necessary to enhance user experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
  • Assist in budgeting processes for campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Support sales initiatives by developing promotional content that drives advertising sales and customer engagement.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns from creation through deployment, tracking engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while tailoring messaging for B2B (business-to-business) audiences where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content development.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS platform and basic HTML coding skills.
  • Excellent research skills coupled with the ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and clarity.
  • Experience in performance marketing campaigns aimed at increasing conversions and engagement.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and print advertising methods is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork ethic combined with proactive communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
