<li>Can you diagnose faults across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems?</li>
<li>Are you comfortable reading blueprints and using precision tools like micrometers and calipers?</li>
<li>Do you thrive under urgency&mdash;locking out/tagging out, troubleshooting, and restoring uptime quickly?</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Tackle</b></h2>
<ul><li>Own preventive maintenance: schedule, perform, and document PMs on plant machinery and equipment.</li>
<li>Inspect, test, and repair components; replace parts to meet performance specs.</li>
<li>Install, maintain, and fix electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.</li>
<li>Weld and cut; fabricate and repair metal and wood structures to support production.</li>
<li>Tune and calibrate instruments, controls, and devices for optimal operation.</li>
<li>Initiate purchase orders for parts and supplies to keep lines running.</li>
<li>Complete daily labor records accurately; follow all company policies.</li>
<li>Perform Lockout/Tagout correctly and consistently.</li>
<li>Assist multiple production areas and adapt to urgent requests.</li>
<li>Lift, lower, and carry up to 40 pounds as needed.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h2>
<ul><li>At least 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED; additional technical/vocational training preferred.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial machinery.</li>
<li>Blueprint literacy and skill with precision measurement tools.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills to navigate PM systems and documentation.</li>
<li>Tow Motor and Scissor Lift certifications required; Arc Flash knowledge preferred.</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic disciplines.</li>
<li>Team-first mindset, professionalism, and rigorous safety focus.</li>
