As the Outbound Logistics & Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you orchestrate the people, processes, and paperwork that get precision-engineered HVAC products to customers on time—every time.

What You’ll Tackle

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily shipping and distribution activities for on-time fulfillment.
• Oversee warehouse operations so incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accurately and on schedule.
• Lead shipping, pack-out, material handlers, and the fittings department; set clear goals with plant leadership.
• Audit inventory, analyze variances, and recommend restocking and replenishment strategies.
• Design and maintain efficient warehouse practices, layouts, and standard work protocols.
• Verify shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists) for accuracy and timeliness.
• Inspect outbound shipments to ensure product quality and customer specifications are met.
• Coordinate with carriers for reliable pickups and deliveries.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to drive action.
• Champion safety and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and address customer concerns swiftly.
• Identify and implement cost reductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships across the plant and with external logistics partners.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience as a Shipping Supervisor (or similar) in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control processes.
• Hands-on use of logistics and inventory management systems.
• Skill in coaching, delegation, and team development.
• Exceptional organization, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Background in lean/continuous improvement preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Comfort standing/walking for extended periods.
