? Compensation</h3><ul><li>
$18.65 per hour &ndash; Personal Care Aide (PCA)</li><li>
$20.50 per hour &ndash; Home Health Aide (HHA)</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
? Position Overview</h3>
As a PCA or HHA, you will provide essential in-home support to clients, helping them maintain safety, independence, and quality of life.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
✅ Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Assist clients with personal care activities</li><li>
Support light housekeeping and daily living tasks</li><li>
Ensure client safety, including proper use of equipment (wheelchairs, oxygen, side rails, step stools, etc.)</li><li>
Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies on the day of service</li><li>
Communicate promptly with the RN supervisor regarding any changes in a client&rsquo;s condition or incidents</li><li>
Participate in the supervisory process as required by New York State law</li><li>
Maintain client confidentiality and protect the integrity of records</li><li>
Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and families</li><li>
Adhere to agency dress code and professional hygiene standards</li><li>
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse</li></ul>
