? Compensation

• $18.65 per hour – Personal Care Aide (PCA)

• $20.50 per hour – Home Health Aide (HHA)

? Position Overview

As a PCA or HHA, you will provide essential in-home support to clients, helping them maintain safety, independence, and quality of life.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities

• Support light housekeeping and daily living tasks

• Ensure client safety, including proper use of equipment (wheelchairs, oxygen, side rails, step stools, etc.)

• Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies on the day of service

• Communicate promptly with the RN supervisor regarding any changes in a client’s condition or incidents

• Participate in the supervisory process as required by New York State law

• Maintain client confidentiality and protect the integrity of records

• Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and families

• Adhere to agency dress code and professional hygiene standards

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse
