Job Description: Sales Executive (B2C)Position: Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: Sharjah, UAE Company: Mars Trading LLC Reports To: Sales ManagerJob Summary: Mars Trading LLC is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive (B2C) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for direct sales to individual customers (B2C), focusing on a wide range of building materials such as plywood, whitewood, hardware, electrical supplies, sanitary products, cement, and more. You will develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, and other end-users, guiding them in selecting the right products for their needs. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring product availability.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>B2C Sales Development:</li><li>Identify and target individual customers, homeowners, contractors, and end-users in need of building materials.</li><li>Promote and sell a wide range of building materials, including plywood, whitewood, hardware, electrical supplies, sanitary products, cement, and other related products.</li><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, providing personalized service and product recommendations.</li><li>Product Knowledge &amp; Customer Assistance:</li><li>Stay well-informed about the company&rsquo;s entire product range to effectively assist customers in selecting appropriate building materials.</li><li>Provide expert guidance to customers, understanding their needs and offering the best products to meet those needs.</li><li>Advise customers on product specifications, features, and benefits to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.</li><li>Sales Target Achievement:</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by proactively engaging with new and existing customers.</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell related products, providing customers with a comprehensive solution to their needs.</li><li>Handle price negotiations and offer promotions when applicable, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management:</li><li>Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and after-sales support.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business through effective communication and follow-up.</li><li>Market Research and Lead Generation:</li><li>Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and attending relevant industry events.</li><li>Expand customer base by generating new leads and converting them into sales opportunities.</li><li>Track competitor activities and market trends to better position our products and offerings.</li><li>Sales Reporting:</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, quotes, and orders.</li><li>Report on sales performance, key metrics, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.</li><li>Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports regularly to ensure alignment with company goals.</li><li>Collaboration with Internal Teams:</li><li>Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of products for customers.</li><li>Coordinate with the finance department to handle payment follow-up and ensure smooth transactions.</li><li>Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business or related field is a plus).</li><li>Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in building materials or related industries.</li><li>Knowledge of building materials such as plywood, whitewood, hardware, electrical supplies, sanitary products, and cement.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>B2C Sales &amp; Business Development</li><li>Product Knowledge in Building Materials</li><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Lead Generation &amp; Market Research</li><li>Sales Negotiation &amp; Closing Deals</li><li>Strong Communication &amp; Presentation Skills</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Problem-Solving</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Full-time position (Monday to Friday)</li><li>Sharjah, UAE</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter to marstradingllcsp@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Building Materials Sales: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English &amp; Hindi (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License in UAE (Required)</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
