Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ajman, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance department in ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
  • Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and journal entries
  • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts
  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Use ERP systems for accounting transactions and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • ERPNext experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Male candidates preferred

Salary: Negotaible for suitable candidates

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
