Accounts & Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, multi-skilled professional who can handle accounts, operations, and daily business coordination across our cafe and fitout operations. Should have excellent communication email drafting skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting, bookkeeping & VAT filing
  • Handle payroll, staff attendance, leave & salary processing
  • Manage contractors, hiring & workforce coordination
  • Track customer payments, collections & follow-ups
  • Handle hotel/cafe sales data entry & daily reports
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets & MIS reports
  • Manage emails, client communication & scheduling
  • Support CEO with daily tasks & coordination
  • Assist in project management & site coordination
  • Visit sites when required
  • Run the daily operation if cafe.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel (very important), Word, Google sheet,
  • Experience in data entry, reporting & payment tracking, CRM, Tally
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop & Canva
  • Good understanding of UAE accounting & VAT and filling
  • Strong communication & follow-up skills
  • Ability to multi-task & manage pressure

Added Advantage:

  • Interest or experience in photography / content creation
  • Experience in cafe / restaurant / hotel operations

Candidate Profile:

  • Smart, proactive & detail-oriented
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Able to manage both office + operational responsibilities
  • Willing to relocate to Ajman and report to cafe daily

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 72 per week

Work Location: In person
