Key Responsibilities
- Business Development — Identify and develop new customers in automotive, industrial, marine, and heavy‑equipment sectors/maintain ongoing customers.
- Lubricant Product Promotion — Promote engine oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils, greases, and specialty lubricants.
- Client Relationship Management — Maintain strong relationships with distributors, workshops, fleet operators, and industrial clients.
- Technical Sales Support — Provide basic technical guidance on lubricant grades, specifications, and applications.
- Sales Negotiation — Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contract agreements.
- Order Coordination — Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
- Market Intelligence — Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market trends.
- Sales Reporting — Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Product Knowledge — Understanding of lubricant types, viscosity grades, OEM standards, and applications.
- Communication Skills — Strong verbal and written communication.
- Negotiation Skills — Ability to close deals effectively.
- Customer Service — Professional handling of client queries and complaints.
- Target Orientation — Ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- CRM Usage — Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in lubricants, automotive products, or industrial supplies.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for field sales roles).
Work Expectations
- Ability to visit clients across UAE as required.
- Strong follow‑up discipline and commitment to closing sales.
- Professional appearance and conduct representing the company brand.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
