Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Business Development &mdash; Identify and develop new customers in automotive, industrial, marine, and heavy‑equipment sectors/maintain ongoing customers.</li><li>Lubricant Product Promotion &mdash; Promote engine oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils, greases, and specialty lubricants.</li><li>Client Relationship Management &mdash; Maintain strong relationships with distributors, workshops, fleet operators, and industrial clients.</li><li>Technical Sales Support &mdash; Provide basic technical guidance on lubricant grades, specifications, and applications.</li><li>Sales Negotiation &mdash; Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contract agreements.</li><li>Order Coordination &mdash; Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.</li><li>Market Intelligence &mdash; Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market trends.</li><li>Sales Reporting &mdash; Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Product Knowledge &mdash; Understanding of lubricant types, viscosity grades, OEM standards, and applications.</li><li>Communication Skills &mdash; Strong verbal and written communication.</li><li>Negotiation Skills &mdash; Ability to close deals effectively.</li><li>Customer Service &mdash; Professional handling of client queries and complaints.</li><li>Target Orientation &mdash; Ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.</li><li>CRM Usage &mdash; Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of sales experience in lubricants, automotive products, or industrial supplies.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for field sales roles).</li></ul>Work Expectations<ul><li>Ability to visit clients across UAE as required.</li><li>Strong follow‑up discipline and commitment to closing sales.</li><li>Professional appearance and conduct representing the company brand.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
