Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Only)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Only) to join our perfume counter at Ajman Grand Mall. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, confident in sales, and able to promote perfumes effectively to customers. The role involves assisting shoppers, achieving sales targets, and supporting basic marketing activities to grow brand awareness and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting perfumes and fragrances.
• Explain product features, fragrance notes, and benefits to customers.
• Promote special offers, discounts, and new arrivals.
• Maintain attractive product displays and overall shop presentation.
• Handle cash, card, and billing transactions accurately.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Support basic marketing activities in-store and on social media (if required).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the perfume counter.
• Report daily sales performance and customer feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Previous experience in retail sales (perfume/cosmetics preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of perfumes and fragrances (training can be provided).
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a mall environment with flexible shifts.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
