Aluminum Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Aluminum Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the aluminum industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminum, construction, and related industries.
• Promote and sell aluminum products, systems, and fabrication services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project managers.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project approvals.
• Coordinate with estimation, production, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience in the aluminum industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication, glazing, curtain wall, doors, windows, and related systems.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and understand project specifications and drawings is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
