We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Aluminum Sales &amp; Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the aluminum industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminum, construction, and related industries.</li><li>Promote and sell aluminum products, systems, and fabrication services.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project managers.</li><li>Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project approvals.</li><li>Coordinate with estimation, production, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of sales and marketing experience in the aluminum industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication, glazing, curtain wall, doors, windows, and related systems.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to read and understand project specifications and drawings is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License preferred.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Business Development</li><li>Sales &amp; Marketing Strategy</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Tendering &amp; Quotation Preparation</li><li>Market Research</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Closing Skills</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Team Collaboration</li><li>Benefits</li><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Sales Incentives / Commission</li><li>Company Visa</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
