Accountant

We are an established food manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations, factory cost tracking, and compliance. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our core accounting functions, ranging from routine ledger management using Tally Prime to manufacturing cost analysis, management reporting, and statutory VAT filing.

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow).

Conduct variance analysis on manufacturing costs, production overheads, and raw material expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Provide actionable financial insights and cost-benefit reports to senior management to optimize factory profitability.

2. VAT Compliance & Tax Filing:

Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (FTA regulations). Accurately calculate, prepare, and file VAT returns.

Maintain impeccable documentation for VAT audits and reconcile VAT accounts with the general ledger.

3. Core Accounting & Manufacturing Inventory Control:

Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor payments and collections.

Manage general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes using Tally Prime.

Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory reports—including raw materials, packaging, and finished food products—ensuring stock valuations align perfectly with physical factory counts.

Mostly preferred Husband visa candidates and who have experience in food manufacturing sector.
