Reconciliation of bank accounts, bookkeeping, and ledgers

Analysis of payment certificates

Reconciliation of the ledger

Issuance of Sales Invoices

Analysis of project costs

Secure Inter-Company Financial Transactions

Payroll: WPS Processing Monthly

Filing of VAT returns on a quarterly basis

Reporting Budget Forecast, Cashflow Statement, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Accounts Payable F. Accounts Receivable

Auditing: Tax Audit b. Financial Audit

Provide assistance to other accountants if required.

Oversee the entire accounting department's transactions up to finalization.

Securing recommendations for all related departments up to management

Tenancy Addendum Agreement Issuance

Building Maintenance: Payables and Reporting

Mortgage Input, Analysis, and Reporting

Building Wise Cost Analysis

Tenancy Contract Registration in the Accounting System

Reporting: a. Income Statement; b. Balance Sheet

Securing inter-company financial-related transactions

Payment Certificate Analysis

Project Costing Analysis

Any other task that will be provided by the CEO and Chairman as part of their daily routine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
• contracting field: 5 years (Preferred)
