Record daily financial transactions accurately.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process supplier invoices and payments.
Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Inventory & Cost Control
Tax & Compliance
Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax filings.
Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
Maintain employee financial records.
Support administrative and financial documentation requirements
2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in food trading, FMCG, distribution, or retail sectors.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of VAT and tax regulations.
Inventory management and stock reconciliation expertise
