- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using Zoho Books.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Generate and manage invoices, quotations, credit notes, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier ledgers.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance as per UAE regulations.
- Assist with corporate tax-related documentation and reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and company expenses.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
- Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines..
