  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using Zoho Books.
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
  • Generate and manage invoices, quotations, credit notes, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier ledgers.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance as per UAE regulations.
  • Assist with corporate tax-related documentation and reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow and company expenses.
  • Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
  • Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines..
