Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT compliance, and supporting overall finance operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions
• Prepare bank, cash, and supplier reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
• Assist in VAT filing and compliance
• Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation
• Support audits and financial reviews
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems

Preferred Experience

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, leisure, water parks, or entertainment industries
• Experience handling POS systems, card machine settlements, and inventory-related accounting
