Shop Manager / MechanicLife Line Automotive &ndash; Deerfield Beach, FLLife Line Automotive is looking for an experienced shop manager/mechanic to oversee daily shop operations while also performing mechanical work. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can lead a team, diagnose issues, and ensure quality service for customers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily shop workflow and technician schedules</li><li>Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs</li><li>Communicate with customers about repair needs and timelines</li><li>Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards</li><li>Order parts and manage inventory as needed</li><li>Support business growth and maintain a positive shop environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong automotive diagnostic and repair experience</li><li>Previous shop leadership or management experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work independently and lead a team</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>ASE certifications are a plus but not required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity for leadership</li></ul>Location: Deerfield Beach, FL Schedule: Full-timeWork Location: In person
