Life Line Automotive is looking for an experienced shop manager/mechanic to oversee daily shop operations while also performing mechanical work. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can lead a team, diagnose issues, and ensure quality service for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop workflow and technician schedules
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
• Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs
• Communicate with customers about repair needs and timelines
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Order parts and manage inventory as needed
• Support business growth and maintain a positive shop environment

Qualifications

• Strong automotive diagnostic and repair experience
• Previous shop leadership or management experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
