Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives and manage training and development programs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.</li><li>Draft and post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.</li><li>Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate fit.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.</li><li>Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment drives.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment (preferred in similar roles).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle multiple open positions.</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment metrics and tools.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul>Qualifications&#9679; MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.&#9679; 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and/or training preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have prior experience in end-to-end recruitment &amp; Employee Engagement ?</li><li>Do you have basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets?</li><li>Do you have a degree or specialization in Human Resources (e.g., BBA/MBA in HR, or a related course)?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
