Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives and manage training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Draft and post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate fit.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment drives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferred in similar roles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple open positions.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
● MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and/or training preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
