The Operations and Fulfillment Coordinator supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the Mary Foundation, ensuring that products and materials are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time, while also assisting with quality assurance and inter-departmental coordination.<br>

Qualifications:<br>
Education and Experience: Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is welcome, but not required. Exposure to non-profit, e-commerce, or distribution is beneficial, but not required.<br>
Faith Formation: Devout Catholic<br>

Work Setting and Schedule:<br>
Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM with occasional flexibility for high demand periods<br>
Combination of open office/administrative work and hands-on fulfillment tasks (able to consistently lift up to 40 lbs)<br>

Skills:<br>
<ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Detail oriented with accuracy in data entry and reporting</li><li>Effective communicator with problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Manual dexterity and proficiency at touch typing</li></ul><br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Process incoming orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.</li><li>Coordinate shipping, tracking, and delivery with suppliers, carriers, and customers.</li><li>Ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation meet organizational standards.</li><li>Manage returns, exchanges, and issue resolution related to shipments.</li><li>Maintain operational awareness and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as needed.</li><li>Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist in evaluating and implementing process improvements.</li><li>Perform customer service in accord with Mary Foundation standards.</li><li>Track stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.</li><li>Conduct regular counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Communicate restocking needs and assist with procurement.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and reduce waste.</li><li>Generate and distribute reports on fulfillment, inventory, and operations metrics.</li><li>Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.</li><li>Provide support for cross-departmental projects as assigned.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
