Job Title: HR Executive &ndash; Performance Management System (PMS)Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive &ndash; Performance Management System (PMS) to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization&rsquo;s performance management processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good interpersonal communication abilities, and a solid understanding of performance management frameworks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate the implementation and administration of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.</li><li>Monitor and ensure that performance evaluation processes are fair, consistent, and transparent.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and execution of performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.</li><li>Analyze PMS data to identify trends, strengths, and areas of improvement in employee performance.</li><li>Generate reports and presentations to share PMS outcomes and insights with HR and departmental heads.</li><li>Support performance review discussions by guiding managers and employees through the feedback and goal-setting process.</li><li>Assist in the development of employee performance improvement plans where necessary.</li><li>Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance culture within the organization.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.</li><li>Experience: 1 - 2 year of relevant HR experience</li><li>Strong understanding of performance management principles and HR practices.</li><li>Proficiency in using (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of competency frameworks and performance rating scales.</li><li>Experience in facilitating feedback or appraisal discussions.</li><li>Familiarity with employee development and training programs.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li><li>HR : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400706 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
